Anthony Cartee, ALC, is a general practice law corporation, specializing in business litigation, intellectual property, construction, and real estate matters. We are committed in providing quality, efficient legal services to our clients in a cost-effective manner. With offices in Southern California and opening soon in Chicago, we have the resources and talent to meet your legal needs in a wide array of areas. Our clients range from individuals to private corporations with both a domestic and international presence. Since we believe that long-lasting relationships with our clients is imperative, we value a personal approach and work with our clients at each step of the legal process, informing the client upfront of all estimated costs and fees rather than simply adhering to the traditional billable hour model.  

Principal

Anthony Cartee earned a master degree in writing from the University of Southern California and is a 2005 graduate of the Loyola University Chicago School of Law. During law school, Anthony externed for the Honorable William J. Bauer on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Anthony was Feature Articles Editor of the Loyola University Chicago International Law Review, and earned multiple honors representing Loyola in the Willem C. Vis East International Commercial Arbitration competition in Hong Kong. Anthony served as research assistant for Professor Cynthia M. Ho, the director of Loyola’s Intellectual Property and Technology program, and was a Chicago Intellectual Property Colloquium fellow.

Upon graduating, Anthony served as law clerk for the Honorable Nancy J. Arnold in the Chancery Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois, where he prepared bench memoranda, draft orders and opinions in a wide variety of civil matters. He later joined a boutique business law firm in Irvine, California, and worked in its litigation practice group. He resigned from that firm in October 2008 to spend more time with his newborn daughter and to start his own firm.

Anthony is admitted to practice in the federal and state courts of California and Illinois.

Anthony currently resides in Orange County with his wife and children.
