Anthony Cartee

Anthony Cartee is an Orange County trademark and Intellectual Property litigation lawyer who concentrates on trademarks, copyrights, Intellectual Property (IP), and general business disputes. Many of his clients are small, growing businesses who are often priced out of hiring effective legal counsel. Anthony offers a Free consultation by phone or in person, so you can get an experienced objective assessment of your immediate concern.

Orange County Trademark attorney and business litigation lawyer – Anthony Cartee – began his legal career in 2005. He started in Chicago as a trial lawyer honing his litigation skills. In 2007, Anthony moved home to California and joined a “lifestyle” firm as an associate lawyer focused on business and intellectual property litigation. Unfortunately, Anthony learned that “lifestyle” translates into associates maintaining their partners’ lifestyle – nothing to do with a West Coast ‘vibe…” Disappointed and wanting to make a difference for clients rather than partners, Anthony Cartee set up his own law practice in 2008.

Anthony Cartee’s law practice, Cartee, LC, concentrates on trademarks, copyrights, and IP litigation specifically aimed at small, growing businesses that were traditionally priced out of hiring passionate, effective counsel.
